Can someone tell me the part number and a rough dealer price for this:

^ this is mine but the breakers I bought it off are obviously ham-fisted-***** and they have broken almost every tab/locator on the **** thing!

I am attempting to fix them with the all-powerful super glue but if it doesn't work I want to buy a replacement.
