Workshop manual states 220nm. No mention of threadlock on the bolt.

I've been trying to do mine recently, but got so cross with the crank pulley bolt I've taken the car to a garage! First time it's been in since I bought it nearly three years ago.

They recon they can do it all in 3.5hours. Also changing the front crank oil seal while they are in there. My car has been off the road for 3-4weeks. Can't wait to get it back!
