The main issue is that it's boiling over even with no thermostat in, it's bled properly as there a pain 2 do so I took my time ( bout an hour) but even on tick over with no cap on its like a fountain the temp never goes above half way.
The second issue it seams to be always on choke (1200ish rpm) and misses slightly when you rev it.
I'm taking it back to the specialist next week for a few more bits sorting out but want to try and sort this so I can test it first.
