hi guys i have taken the day off,so im cloging up the workshop with my car and bits,it going well the plenum is a bit of a cow to get off,after that it all seems pretty straight forward:thumbup:

no std head gasket,its a metal one so its strong enuff,
and i dont want to lower the cr

no not yet,im gona keep with the std ones they should hold 280-300bhp with extra fuel, so il save some cash and get the forged pistons and rods.

the cars back on the road so turbo starts next week::thumbup1:

Cool, that'll be good if you can demonstrably run 280-300 with no probs on standard internals :biggrin:
