they are cosmetic...............

they don't do anything and you wont see any diff!!! ie the 1.2 means thats how much pressure it will take to force the cap open for instance if you have a 1.2 cap and say you cook your car to 1.3 the valve in the cap will open and let out pressure till the spring shuts again ie below 1.2...
