Has anyone ever changed the steering wheel on the altezza with the up/down buttons for changing gears?

I'm kind of loath to remove the airbag to be honest, seems a bit daft removing a saftey feature but it's not exactly the nicest of steering wheels.

Cheers

Sorry dude, think you've got me wrong.

I've got an auto altezza with the buttons on the steering wheel, I wanted to know if you could fit an aftermarket wheel but somehow retain the up/down gear buttons.

That make sense now

What's wrong with the steering wheel? I actually think it's quite a decent looking one and feels pretty decent too as far as OEM steering wheels go........
