toxo He needs to be careful using eBay then, bidding and winning an eBay auction is a binding contract...

Only binding when and if the seller has not told porky pies in decrtption... :thumbup:

the contract is only to be honered if its as described in the add, if not he is under no obligation to carry on with the sale,
