She was over the moon with the outcome, Toyota priced her a pair up last week while in for a auto gear box sync. £230 😳😳😳😳 that's not fitted!!!!

£2.34 in wet n dry, 45 mins to cut back the **** and 10 mins polishing with my rotary, winner.

Well haven't done anything to mine except add snow to it this morning Sad

But yesterday I gave the wife's new freelander a good degrease and clean, gonna machine Polish it as well to get it back to a good standard

Pat, try peanut oil on the plastic bumpers. Worked a treat on my dad's car.

I've used WD40 as well. Granted its by no means a permanent fix but it will clean, restore the black somewhat and "weather proof" the plastics to a certain degree
