Raspi will be a waste of time for an in car PC. Can't run centrafuse, the android ROM's are ok but you'd be stuck with android satnav and media controls. Also an utterly ridiculous boot time (for a car) and being limited to an ARM architecture for everything.

yes, I've got a raspi and it will not suffice as an in car computer. It's great for using as a brain for programming projects, but it really is not good enough for use as an in car pc.

Edit: You'd be better off with a low power mini ITX set up with an i3 and a decent solid state drive, trim down to the most basic windows install you possibly can and you should have centrafuse fully booted in about 10 seconds. Stick a half decent video card in the mix and you could have a few screens over dual link dvi running full HD media of any codec.

FYI - raspberry pi struggles with anything not encoded in H264
