Are all aftermarket HID kits just rebased proper HID bulbs? If so, does that mean that normal bulbs (like the ones I have now) are just D2S bulbs with a 9006 fitting?
If that is the case, then these "R" bulbs must just be a D2R bulb with a 9006 fitting? After a bit of searching, there's quite a few of these R kits on ebay, so logic would suggest that these are just D2R bulbs (as in the IS300)?
