Be careful with the insurance as most won't pay out until something like 6 weeks after the accident, by then you will have recovered from most injuries but still be out of work loosing money so insurance could be of little help.

I played rugby up until I was 32 when I cracked the 4th Vert competing in a Judo grading for my 4th Dan- that put an end to both sports, now all I do is go for a run to keep fit. I could teach Judo but its just to depressing not taking part so I don't go near it any-more.
