They are very difficult to fly mate so get alot of practise before strapping a camera to it. My uncle has been flying (trying?) them for years and he still don't take it that high. We're talking about petrol ones here though that cost £££.
I suppose it depends how you take to it, some find it easy but I could never get on with it, just stick to the Picooz around the living room!

The trouble with some of the cheap ones are that you will have very low flight time, i know the price of lipoly batteries has come down over the years, i have some lipoly batteries for mine that cost over £80 but i still struggle to get more that 10 mins good flying time even at a light areobatic stage.
Ideally you want a nitro or a gasser which have a longer flying time and would be able to handle the weight, your little £40 heli would be very hard to handle outside in more than a very light breeze. Also can you pick up spares for it?
You may pick up the skill to fly very quickly, have u tried a simulator? Depending on where you live i may be able to lend you my simulator just to see how you get on first.
Let me know
