We saw one these a few days ago, it had a hard top which was non matching, and had a two tone colour scheme going on, though it was very low. My misses says, "What is that?" I say, "It's an MR2." Her response was: "That's not an MR2 [laughing] looks like one of those Smart things!" "Yes, it's an MR2!" "No, it's not, don't be silly!" lol - Women! She refused to believe anything other than a mk2 MR2 is an MR2! It's taken me since JAE to persuade her that gen6 Celicas and gen7 Celicas are both Celicas!!!! :lol:

28-09-2018, 04:36 AM #16the problem with mk3's is they aren't as "enthusiast" as the mk2/mk1..a lot of people just think they've got a "cute little sports car" and they are treated like any old car because of this. of course, there are plenty of enthusiasts with mk3's, they're just not as common

He walked away from it, car wouldn't even start and he can only imagine the photos in the add were months old he reckons.. He did say to thank everyone for the input, it gave him food for thought and his next venture will be less impulsive apparently.. :whistling:
