Welcome!
Not much of an update, but my car was back at JDModified last week to have the sump taken off and re-sealed due to a small leak. The exhaust flange has been turned around, so i can now go over speed bumps without it scrapping the floor and a 2 wire idle control valve fitted. Upon doing the work they noticed that the intercooler pipe that I had fitted was tappered at the end causing it to restrict the airflow coming out of the turbo. They cut the pipe and re-beaded it and this solved alot of problems with the car! After doing this they had to take 20% more fuel out of the map and now the car runs 1000x times better! It's like driving a new car! Unfortunately due to my suspension being too stiff and the roads being so ****, they couldn't map it to its full potential, so for now the car is running on a base map and will later be mapped on a rolling road to get the full potential out of it The car was also mapped with a rev limit at 5500rpm as they thought the turbo was on its last legs, but this can now be removed and placed higher due to the pipe now allowing more air to flow. Also my car now starts up first time when cold which it wasn't doing for a while! All these problems because of a pipe! lol. I'm finally starting to get somewhere with it now
