Gord So the cats out of the bag now mate  i have seen this car, and its very very nice  could do with a wheels redone in silver mind

Yep......Gord got an exclusive preview when the car was nearing completion. We met up on New Years Eve.

I like the wheels in antracite......Gord likes silver wheels (which is so last year :laughSmile.

I perfer the dark antracite wheels because they make the car look more menacing. If I were going to change them Id have them even darker black, but I'm happy with the antracite.

I might change the wheels in the future but I would want really light weight wheels and wouldn't go bigger then the standard 17" without more research into weigh wheels and how the ride changes.

Rabster So i take it you wont be listing all receipts in the garage section then :Fish:

im intrested to know a bit about the computer you installed as i will be doing this on mine will drop you a pm soon regarding it though

Oh no.....the car PC I can start a thread and list up the components, software tips and tricks etc Big Grin It was easier doing this in 2010 then it was back in 2005. I still wouldn't say a Car PC is a 100% install and forget system like a headunit, but it can do loads more and once you get it working reliabily then they are awesome Smile

Lexusboy Agree totally Aness if you enjoy some thing and can afford to make the changes cost is not important.
Plus if the wife knew what was being spent they would want more money to spend on holidays and clothes:wink:

Great minds think alike there mate Smile

To be fair however, my wife and I have been on many romantic visits to Derby, Stoke, Warrington, Wolverhampton and Macclesfield to get some of the parts....:laugh:

With her in the back holding the exhaust/intercooler/whatever steady...... I really am a romantic so and so........:laugh::laugh:

All I can say is WOW! That is absolutely stunning, fantastic work there - I love it when the attention to detail to get everything perfect is so high! How long did it take to get all that done?

And the integration of that PC screen into the dash looks brilliant too, looks like it should have come that way from the factory.......

I been also looking into a computer working with my Sat nav screen for my car.

The only issue with using the standard screen is its quite low resolution and you won't have it touchscreen but it can be done. Big Grin

My IS200 never came with Sat Nav so I managed to pick up the pop up Sat nav housing and fitted a 7" Touchscreen into that. I might even have those pics somewhere.........
