You need to drop the coolent, out to change the hoses, but not the power stering fluid. If you are carefull, that will just need topping up.
I run SFS kit from pr0lex on my IS200, and they are easy to fit, and haven't since had any problems with them. They took a while to come, but the postage mark proved it was royal snails fault and not pr0lex. I also ordered a kevlar timing belt too which was delivered straight away.
