sounds good to me but it needs more money spent on it first. the paintwork does look its age and it has a couple of bits to be done before its ready for a respray

Went out for a drive in mine tonight,

Ended up having a little play with an Altezza RS200, sat pretty much level with each other.

Pulled over for a chat, he was expecting a standard IS200, and expected to leave me, so I think he was quite shocked.

Unfortunatly this has left me wanting more power - I need to get my bigger pulley on soon

Fitted a replacement indicator stalk from eBay. I now have full beams and flash functionality again for the first time since I bought the car!

research. it seems i want an RS rear diff rather than SAYC at a cost of more than double the price. also, the RS front diff has a weakness in the shape of a couple of bolts that have a tendency to come loose or sheer off. simple job of replacing them with high tensile bolts but figuring out how to get to the bolts is the tricky part. this mod may as well get done when the seals get replaced or rather find someone to do this job and replace the seals while they are at it

Drove one of them to sarf London to get a load of bits for the other one! I think I now have all the parts to convert the Rex into a two seater as well as an under tray to protect my nice shiny engine and some replacement trim Smile

If you own a Z then you no all about the clock not working.

Mines been pissing me off for ages.

So with a screw driver in hand and started to fight the dash to get the little ****** out.

A day of ******* around the little **** come out.

I took it apart and looked at it for a day.

Cleaned it bought some oil fiddled abit and thought hello that seems to be freed up.

Plugged it back in and it appears to be working.

Added bonus I appear to have also solved the ground loop issue that flats the battery.

No just waiting for the new rear shocks to turn up from America as the **** Koni's are for the front.
