Sparkystav Hmm does seem very odd mate, what about taking the door card off and manually winding it up? see if that resets it?

Hmmm? Odd indeed sir stav, is it easy to take door card off? How do you mean manually wind it up?

Yeah its 2 screws to remove the door card.

as for manually winding ive not looked personally but there must be some way to just move the window
