I think he will want payment before posting, and you may have to wait your turn on the list.
Jason, you know how I got two different top caps from you? If I fit one, will I be able to get it off if I wanted to change? As it is recessed, and stuck down. I think I am going to run with the TTE one, as I think I prefer the look (and my charger is TTE!) but just thought I would ask first. THEN I will finally get a pic and post it here, not seen a pic of a TTE one yet, so I don't expect others have either! Still loving the knob, though it ain't as warm as my old leather one on some of these chilly mornings we have been having!

You can get them off, as I stuck my top piece on once it was fitted, and a half mile down the road when I changed gears, the darn knob turned another half turn... I took the gearknob back off, with a few pins (sewing type) managed to gently lever it up and off. Then refit, make 100% certain it's on as tight as it will go before refitting the top piece nice and straight...

As people have stated they do take a while to make as im doing them in my own time and they are hand made, so take a fair old bit of time on each one.
