I meant the little black cover you remove when fitting the original charger pully. That has the holes in it.

I've actually mananged to find the guy over in Europe that makes the pulleys now!
He sells them in 140, 150 and 160mm sizes I think.
I'm not sure if he speaks English, but I've left a message in the hope that someone will understand what I'm after.

Stix44 There is a company near me that said they would copy my standard pulley for like £30 each if you want me to go double check the price and get you one?
That would be great if you could! Although once they've got it drawn up it should be pretty easy to make the pulley in any diameter...:Shooting:

Some of them even use 140mm pulleys without upgrading the injectors at all, and have run like that for ages with no problems.

01-06-2019, 06:47 AM #46Having spoken to some of the euro guys, they think we are nuts putting 160mm pulleys on our chargers. They reckon 150mm is the safe limit, however what seems to be really common over there, is to use a 140-145mm pulley and then use 1ZZ 215cc injectors, which you don't need a remap for.
Some of them even use 140mm pulleys without upgrading the injectors at all, and have run like that for ages with no problems.
