New special reflectors to modify my headlights

You can see in this photo what the modified lights will look like

I also have a 64mm throttle body now which is 10mm bigger than the standard ones

O and last but not least after about 2 years of waiting and searching I finally have a wiring loom and I got to say a massive massive thank you to adam Big Grin Big Grin

The old one had been messed with and Ayrton didn't know, the loom was grounding out and blowing up ECU's IIRC.

Ayrton will be able to tell you better than me!

well it has taken me just about 2 years since i first realised something was wrong and managed to find the issue.

For a bit more detail for those interested. As mine is an import it comes standard a knock sensor. All wiring diagrams i could find were for the local car so never had the knock sensor in the schematics thus never tested it. Basically at some point the knock sensor wire frayed through and started touching its earthed sleeve. This thus was putting my car in safe mode. This thus was putting both electric fans on as soon as the car is started. Now here is the tricky part, the earth for the fans is shared with the earth for the knock sensor and thus the very high amperage coming from the fans part of it was going back through to the knock sensor short and back through to the ECU and blowing the link.

Stav if you ever do come and visit Stix again I will make sure I come say hi as would love advice on wire tucking as would love to hide a few things.

That sounds like a terrible design! All sense would say you'd relay a high current draw.

Yeah mate I'm thinking they could arrange a NE day and ill pop across.
