Well done mate! That's a great price!
I got the oil changed on the lex and on the yaris today. When we get our house then I'll service both cars myself but at the moment just get the bits myself and get my mechanic to deal with it lol. Living in an apartment ain't great when you have two cars! At least I still have use of my parents garage and drive though! Smile

Changed my spark plugs and master cylinder. Turned out I had a replacement master cylinder from either a 2001+ IS200 or possibly a GS300, the fittings were different on one of the brake lines so I had to sort out a custom solution. Copper pipe for the win:

Bench bleeding the new cylinder:

Old one off:

New one on:

Took a while to bleed the whole system to the point where there was no air, but my brakes are actually working again now. I think I've got a small air lock in the ABS block, but I can't bleed that without some kind of pump/vacuum.

Made a bit of a mess with the brake fluid, but it wasn't that hard to clean up.

Was handy having access to my dad's garage!

put some 5.1 brake fluid in ready for japfest

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you:biggrin:

Decided I hate 'tuner nuts' after one split.
Then the drill bit snapped in when I tried drilling out the stud.

So spent this afternoon. Removing the whole rear hub so I can get the wheel off from the back as it's cheaper to buy a hub than a 10" wide 19" wheel!

Ball joints and the various suspension parts do not want to come off with the wheel still on! Thankfully a hammer and a hi torque impact wrench came to the rescue!
