The motors are too much effort to be honest mate,

the heated seat parts im unsure about but i think the pads will be simpler

Stav, you know you said you have a big turbo? I was just reading this, and saw your turbo at JAE and said A/F 50, which means a 50mm turbo housing doesnt it?
But Rabster's is a A/F 60, does this mean his is bigger than yours?
And Dave Reed's is a A/4 70, which is bigger by 20mm?
So Dave has a bigger turbo than you theoretically?

Nope not quite that simple mate.

The turbo's will have said AR not AF or A4

http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygar...102.html#b

Quote:Compressor A/R - Compressor performance is comparatively insensitive to changes in A/R. Larger A/R housings are sometimes used to optimize performance of low boost applications, and smaller A/R are used for high boost applications. However, as this influence of A/R on compressor performance is minor, there are not A/R options available for compressor housings.

All our turbo's though i believe are GT30 series Garretts.

Though i'm unsure of the trim etc of both Rabs and Daves.

You can have 2 turbos that look identical from the outside but are HUGELY different inside and produce completely different results

Like i said ive no idea what exact turbo Daves and Rabs are so i dont know.

If they will post the details i can tell you the characteristics then, but biggers not necessary better.

It's what you do with it that counts, eh Stav?

generally the larger a/r the higher potential top end power however you may lose some spool time. As stav said you can have 2 turbos that are the exact same just with different a/r's which i think is the case in stav's and rabsters unsure on Dave's.
