ormi theirs two mesurements taken first one's taken with the car up to temp and reving between 2500-3000 rpm then the second one is taken at idle....
some cars will pass some wont......example mine and moleys have no pre cats he couldnt get his to pass the emmisions and mine sailed through....

yes mate it was just a example of how some engines run cleaner than others....so yes you might remove the cat and it pass the emmisions but then again you could remove it and it not..
Get a hi-flow cat, that'll give you pretty much the same power as a full decat, and you'll stay legal.
