I am curious how the screws to hold it down work, I saw a set where the screw just floats in the hole for the car, how do you tighten this item down?

they have a drill bit on the end of the screw so they drill then tighten up like a normal screw.

Drill into the white plastic posts that attach to the stock plates? I have an is300 so our stock plates attach with white posts that pop into place.
