Yeah if they had I would have been inclined to use them again as I would know they were reasonable - this way there's no chance of me using them ever again.......
I think it's really sad though that customer services for a prestige brand can barely speak english, nor does anyone proof read the correspondence before it goes out. Gives out a really poor image imho.
