If I take my battery positive red off and leave overnight what effect will it have on my car to try and reset the auto window function as ormi said, obviously I'll lose radio stations etc anything else??

Basically you'll loose every accessory with a memory function (radio, clock)

Lexus IS300 Sportcross in Platinum Ice.

Tried car and battery was fine, so locked car and now battery disconnected for the night, I heard some beeping when I disconnected the car is this normal? Also I presume no alarm tonight if no battery?

Okay reconnected battery this morning and still no joy with auto window, I did however try when I open the window then close it and hold it up then turn the ignition off the window automatically comes back down to halfway even though I'm still using the button??

Hmm does seem very odd mate, what about taking the door card off and manually winding it up? see if that resets it?
