Just stick it in the oven and keep checking it every few mins.

you might not get it all in one go get one half unstuck and put it back in if need be to heat back up.

Surly a paint stripper heat gun is a more sensible way of doing this, then you don't risk damaging the headlight?

there is no risk if you do it properly either. a heat gun doesnt work properly as you need a uniform heat across the complete length of the headlight sealant bead to be able to pull the lens away in 1 go.
