If they confirm it was a stolen car and do recover it (complete with evidence of damage etc), I wonder if you stand a chance of a bit of compensation ? Pretty sure there's some sort of uninsured drivers fund that gets paid into by the insurance companies, I wonder if it could be relevant here ?

I think you're right, there is a possibility of claiming off that. Not sure how likely though........

Really cr***y thing to happen though, but as above have to look at the positive that it was only the wall as I'm sure the t**t could easily have taken out all your cars on the drive or even worse if you or one of your family had been in the drive.......

As far as I am aware it is a possibility too, I don't believe that any persons have to be injured and it can be used for damage caused.
You should contact the police again as they will hold details of the way you can try and claim.

Hope you recover quickly mate!
