Been reading on pistonheads and it seems a few people recommend "Sea Clean" or some form of alcohol (Meth etc). I supposed deionised water or w/e may do the trick providing that they are primed with petrol again after?

EDIT: cheers for all the offers guys. All really handy <3

Shall I buy some cleaning solution and ship them off to one of you guys?

You want them cleaning with an ASNU system. These produce before and after results and also check the spray pattern etc is correct.

I used these people for mine: http://www.injectorcleaning.co.uk/

Just came across a similar service on ebay as it goes. Expensive, but I suppose worth it if done properly.

Only other avenue I want to explore first is if I can source some 7MGTE injectors 'cheap' instead.

I know it doesn't count for much but that place replace all 3 o-rings on each injector as part of the service too, and those things are single use. I reckon it'd cost you as much to get them from Toyota

Get them flow tested, they clean them and bring them back up to good as new, think mine was £50 to have them done. Also they can find any issues i.e if you have a bad injector. IMO its worth it dont cut cornors.
