The Eagle Speedster was indeed beautiful to look at, but other than that the programme was again totally biased towards BMW. Wonder how much BMW are paying Clarkson?

Carpediem just wait till they have the RS3 on there to moider the M1.....
I'm not sure that'll be the case considering most reviews are suggesting the RS3 is pretty much rubbish........

I agree - the RS3 reviews do say its pretty poor. The 1M (or M1?) is not great looking but its not bad; they seem to have kept it simple however which I like, without the million different options you get on the M3/M5!
Bit of a boring episode to be honest.

Phil01 That little Lotus was rapid, good to see it uses a V8 super charged Toyota engine.
Thought it was the V6 used in the IS350 and supercharged. The V8 is intended for the GT3 category but not until Mid-2011, with 444bhp.
If it had been the Toyota V8 S/C it would have left the Beemer standing.
