bravo to that man!

shame it hasnt mentioned about trying to catch the people, asking for info etc, seems a little bit "shovanistic" to me, but hes got bigger balls than me and glad hes okay, as someone else said, we should all act this way!

To me some of the elements to this story seem fabricated, well infact most parts.
Maybe I am wrong,

Driving home when he admitted drinking.

he walk past a lady and moments later a guy was attempting rape,

another 2 guys, one with gun and one with machette, being shot and sliced.

No police involved, women would have been at police station being interviewed not in hospital with the guy

Driving his evo home, what about his mate> he could have done that.

Well done that man! It's quite worrying though that the perpetrators were so heavily tooled up.

Hands up if you thought the story was going to be about his evo getting hijacked tho?

EDIT: PHIL, you're online man!!! You home, or got access in hosp?

A hero definitely, not many people like that around these days. I have to admit though with all the car theft threads at the moment I was waiting to read that this was a setup with the men and the woman to attack him and steal the car as i've heard of that before!

i also agree with phil on this.
more like he went to the pub, got too drunk to drive. his mate had a go at hime for drink driving and they had a fight his mate drew a machete and a gun. end of lol
when my mate was stabbed in the stomach after a very nasty fight he couldn't hardly bend nevermind drive a standard car let alone an evo with a roll cage.
that scar looks like a scratch has been photoshopped. and if you look at the very clean plaster (wouldnt there would be a trace of bleeding???) its not even stuck down properly.
also if the bullet went in the front out the back etc i would of thought there would be some nasty bruising.

IF its true then i retract my comment and agree he's a hero. but i dont have the edit button but somehow i dont think i'll be needing it lol

I thought the same as Phil and Gord when I first read it. But didn't want to be the one to accuse the guy everyone was branding as a hero. Plus it's pretty low to make that sort of thing up.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

He is just a sad little man living in his own sad little boring world.

Every aspect of that story was fabricated, even down to driving to a shopping centre with the victims family to get new clothes.
