LOL may get me banned it i do that
just caught up good work stav looks well tidy, so what are you going to put in the hole at the front? could it be done with the smaller battery located in the boot instead or would it not have eoungh power with the cable run?
on the co2 have you got a purge kit installed on it?
The hole in the front moves some weight backwards. And I plan to fit a fuel pressure regulator there.
Not a bad idea about the smaller battery. But it's quite a high current draw. Hmm. Gives me another idea though. Hmmm.
And no no purge kit at the minute trying to find some thin pipe to do it. Also not sure where to exit it from. Got another solenoid though for it so just need the pipe and location. Hopefully will be done by jae.
Also just bought some chargespeed vented wings so gonna see if they can be fitted by jae. But doubt it unfortunately.
this is the purge type i want when im eventually charged and boosting proper F&F style to go with the rest of my lights, http://www.amazon.com/NOS-16033-Ntimidat...B000COYBCM
let me know the results of any experiments you do with the battery as i would like to know how possible it is please mate.
Well it is possible to just have the battery in the boot and run everything off that.
as for the second battery idea, you could do it but youd have to run another length of cable down there so it would be costly and youd need a bit of room.
thats not a bad kit, could make that up pretty easily, the pricey bit is the solenoid, but i have one of them already
Nice updates mate, but I believe you are gaining a big disadvantage. You are adding a lot of weight onto your car and perforamance will drop and your fuel consumption will increase (well if you bother with this!!!)
In what way mate?
yes i have added a small battery but i have removed a larger spare wheel.
and to be fair i dont care about fuel consumption lol

When I have previously done a dual battery setup, I was advised that both batteries must be the same size, capacity, and age, and preferably brand too. Something to do with the charging I presumed at the time.
Now I guess that was wrong? As you have two very different batteries running off a split charge circuit.
