Evening guys.
We got bored of the Corolla's power, and on long journeys being a high revving engine means cruising that we were about 4000rpm which made a horrible drone in the cabin and a tiring ride. So we looked about and we found a white Celica GT-Four ST205 in White, so we offered the guy who was selling it a straight swap for the Corolla, he accepted and yesterday we made a 190 mile trip to Stoke-on-Trent to see the Celica and make sure it was boosting properly etc. He liked the Corolla, we liked the Celica, so we traded keys, and took a couple bits out the Corolla, and off we went back home again, and within an hour we already had a couple mods done, these being a new headunit, SMD sidelights, and our flashing brake lights, and dad came round today to drop some bits off and he painted the spoiler riser blocks in Satin Black where it says "GT-Four".
It's not the best example of car, needs a little bit doing, doors need TLC, needs a good polish and clay.
But enough chit chat, here are the pics we took tonight, couple are blurry as no tripod with us Sad

Going to be an interesting project.

Hope you like fuel stops if you go for bigger power - it will be worse then the IS300.

Dont you like the Neons Marc? haha
The car has one owner from new and cost £34000 back in 95, when the son took it over he fitted the neon and they have never been turned on in years, we found the control box and connector under the centre console when fitting different HU.
Its a genuine UK car and has not been touched other than fitting a baileys dump valve.
A few silly bits that need attention like both front doors on lower edge are rusty but seen 2nd hand doors on ebay for £35 each, so I reckon we need to spend around £300 on bits and paint and it will be a nice genuine GT4.

Not going for big power prefer to keep it stock power levels as I want reliability rather than speed.
Need a boost gauge if anyone has one lying around and a want to fit a manual boost controller set at 0.9bar.
It already has a baileys dump valve, K&N panel filter and a Mongoose catback

You can go to 300BHP and maintain factory reliability Phil, and thats not going to hurt the bank.
