lex2oos how do you adjust belt? I dont see tension pulley anywhere...

The very 'crude' way - Undo supercharger bolts , prise up with a bar/large screw driver, slide in washers/spacers, redo supercharger bolts. Im expecting the belt to stretch/snap to be honest

I did buy a tension pulley intending to fit it, but ran out of space - afew people may be able to tell my S/C sits further forward than the TTE kit, because the pulley I got sits further forward.

Its all trial and error I suppose!!

Thanks, and I dont have the cradle measurements im afraid - i just looked at pictures of the TTE cradle and tried to copy to the best I could - at first glance it probably looks the same, but it is quite different to be honest.

Since it has stopped raining, I thought I'd get afew more pics. Like Ive said before, its abit rough at the moment, but it will be made tidy in the next month or so - I already have a new air filter and engine cover to go on.

Battery cover is ally - its been on for around 2 years now with no problems, theres a far size gap between the + terminal and the cover, with tape on the cover and normally a cover over the + terminal (which is in the boot at the moment)

It is also wedged onto the standard plastic battery cover/cage, so it cant move anywhere, whats normally the problem with them?

And i'll be at Trax on Sunday, I can't remember what club stand i'll be on, I'm just jumping on one with my mate in his Civic and my bro in his 200SX

Indeed get rid of the battery cover, yes they look good but they can and have caused cars to catch fire.
