Sparkystav Right the arches are fitted (i dont hang around when i have free time lol)

here are a few pics for your consideration:

The best pic

I do love them, but i *may* need a tad wider rims, ive got 8J on at the moment, may go to a 8.5. But need to do something with the rear first so i can put something like 9.5 on the back.

then find some rims that i like

Not bad mate, looks nice. Now you need a nice set of JDM rims

Well another day spent fettling on the car.

First i finished off fitting the kill swtch properly.
If you just cut off the battery, the car will keep running from the alternator, so the proper kill switches have more contacts on the bottom, one grounds the power cable when you remove the key, the other breaks the power to the ECU killing the engine. Bit fiddly to work out but all working now.

Then i fitted the solenoid for my purge spray for the CO2, and wired in the front button on the steering wheel to power it. Havent decided where to fit it yet though so not completed the pipework, just blanked it off.

Another job was something ive wanted to do for a while. I love the look of the GReddy intercoolers:

So i decided to make my own type:

I used the Alexis font so it matches the car. Wrote the word out on Word, printed it on A3, then cut it all out carefully, laid the intercooler down and sprayed it. Got it all over my fingers as i had to hold the middle bits of the "B" and "O" down lol. But overall i like the outcome, think it goes well. (You'll also notice the yellow bit in the headlight, thats to stop rain etc getting in, and i remove it when the weathers good, or im going to boot it lol)

Also finally fitted the sender for my fuel pressure gauge but need to figure out the settings before itll read accurately.

Just to clean it now for JAE.

On a side note, been working on a project for the indicators, but more on that when the parts arrive. Also been getting all the bits together for a return fuel line ready for the winter mods. And a trick mod for the steering wheel but LOTS of work to go into that yet so no more info.

Love the custom graphic on the intercooler, getting very creative now

And I did wonder about covering up the headlight vent in bad weather, but you read my mind. lol

What do you mean 'the font matches the car' though? Is Alexis the font the Lexus badges are written in?

looks good mate, i've thought of an idea, the yellow block on the light could you replace it with a modified butterfly plate from a throttle body for example and have a switch to pull it open and close it from the cabin?

Looking great mate. I am tempted to do something with my intercooler, but I have a lot to do in a very little time and might end up just doing it black (want to do it tomorrow if I get time, and have no printer access etc!) Was thinking TTE masked off and then then rest done thing black? I guess I could always chrome spray it over the top at a later date, or get a bigger intercooler and do that one? You've got me thinking now Stav, darn you! I have more important things to be concentrating on!

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

I like that idea, but its a massive amount of effort that quite frankly i cant be bothered with lol.
