haha yeah,i think ill have my hands full with my own,but i will try and log everything as i go and share the info with you,yes using the merc m62 charger, not going to use the clutch though, ill lock that off.
i may use a custon cradle, maybe just a baseplate with outlet incorporated into it,so that the charger can just bolt on/off,i will use the same bolt holes though in the block.

****** hell you've got more bits than me so far haha. the merc charger has a clutch that's operated by the ecu,you have to take the front plate of and bolt it all together, ithink theres a thread on here somewhere not too difficult just make sure all your bolts are the same or you will end up with a very unsteady blower.
and to pingu dont know as yet mate havnt finished, but im guessing @ 500 ish ish lol.
just picked up a merc charger for 150 only done 500 miles nearly new:drool:
happy boosting all.

Are you going to fit and map the Ultimate to run it? As you know this is not required?

To get the kit and fit it for £500 amazing! Though it is a hell of a lot of work for you. I don't envy you fabricating that cradle! It took me long enough to fit my cradle and charger and get everything lined up so as the bolts went in, and mine is the TTE one designed specifically to fit! I know when others have priced this up they have come to £2k+ but that is mainly due to paying for all the custom fabrication, if you can do that yourself you will be quids in.

My charger had a few miles on it, but I opened it up, striped and rebuilt it and now it is like new, with no scoring at all on the inside. That rotorpack is like mechanical porn!

Best of luck to both of you with your installations.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

buzzard2011 the merc charger has a clutch that's operated by the ecu,you have to take the front plate of and bolt it all together, ithink theres a thread on here somewhere not too difficult just make sure all your bolts are the same or you will end up with a very unsteady blower.
The best way of bolting it together is giving it 12V Smile If you prefer you can run it through a switch on the dashboard as well.
