From sept this year, Prison for any motorist exceeding the speed limit by 31MPH.
Motorcyclist to wear Hi-Viz jackets.
Total ban on speed camera detectors/GPS based warning devices, like TomTom etc.
Speed camera warning signs to be removed.

Be warned as they are really strict now at adhering these enforcements

They are in france at the mo. On their way back a few months ago they were late for ferry and was doing 110 in their Fiat Multipla. LOL

How does that comply with EU law? I thought all these things became allowed in the UK because of the EU, and now France is turning its back on it?

i heard something about germany turning their back on eu funding too?

I lived in germany for 6 years and police would use gillet suits and hide in the bushes to get you speeding never any warning signs and also the public can use speed cameras and get a % of the fine for everyone they caught
