Try and speak to anyone who saw it, as soon as you can, while the exact details are still fresh in their minds. Good luck !

He would probably argue that you pulled out in front of him and had no time to react and change direction, therefore hit you.

A real shame but I think you are going to be on the loosing end of this one unless the witnesses can verify that you didn't pull out in front of him and were stopped well in advance of him entering the roundabout and there was plenty of room for the manoeuvre.

At least YOU are OK and still with us.

right update on this, spoken to the witnesses and they are complete waste of time, both saying there dont want to get involved, cant believe some people

but theres a camera right above the roundabout, so going to call direct line and see what they say

now the car, the steering was proper dodgy, so took it to my local garage at 6pm, and he fixed it by 7pm !! cant beleive the service he gives me, even on bank holiday weekend, he just asked me to go to car shop and buy the wishbone, which i did straight away, the shop closed late as he was expecting my arrival and got it sorted ! big smile on my face

now just the bumper and wing, and possibly the headlight, the wing i can get in the same color (hopefully) 10 quid picked up locally,

and the bumper same color 35 quid delivered, then fit them myself !

chuffed its not costing me a bomb !
