07-10-2018, 08:21 AM #5patrik i think you will have to keep the photo of it on yours forever, news on the other thing, ring them up and search for a good will on the rust, thats the only chance you have if you did not get it noted before, if you had the car in for service and asked them to check for rust and they did not find it then you can get a bit mad at them for it and push for them to fix it, also you can check the first reg date on the car and what date they have to make sure they match.

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

07-10-2018, 09:04 AM #8not going to help, your better contacting lexus stockholm and ask to put in a claim for good will, this is what he has said to me as if you dont have it on the record some were back in time then you can claim for good will, this all goes to stockholm even from here all our claims go there. but have you had the car in for a service and check? if so did they miss it? start to push that this was missed when you put the car in last time for a service or ? say that you told the guy who took your keys that there was rust under the sills and for them to check it, when you got the car back there was no report on the rust...... and so you belived it was ok. only after you removed the side skirts you saw how bad it was. but it was 7 days to late....
