el_bandido I saw an advert for "toxo engineering" claiming to have swapped a 25 litre merlin engine into an IS200 for 55p and some tesco vouchers. :whistling:

Yeah, that was a long time ago before the VAT increase!

if your purely looking for BHP gains then the cheapest way is sell the IS and buy something else.

Thing is, I'd like the big power but I love the look and drive of the is200... So I'd prefer to get the best of both myself...

IS200 Sport - Sold
Mazda 6 MPS - Zoom Zoom!

Modifications
Completed:

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway  )

In Progress:

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

Granted Dave I would love both but know its a very expensive way so keeping the IS as my nice cruiser and will eventually buy something like a Skyline/Supra for BHP and power

i did mine as i work in a toyota dealers, have all the tools and help i need to fix it. even then there was a lot of work i paid for like mapping and fuel lines plus you need to think how much more bits and bobs you will need to put in there. there is a long list, if you look on the garage at our cars you start to see that it adds up. better going with a charger and come the day you can selll it on for a good price and not lose to much.
