davidjamesbattersby is that one just sat nav only? what size screen and hoiusing is it
The housing is a 5" one, but I made the hole a bit bigger. The screen on the Sony unit is 4,8", I believe, and it's only a sat nav.

cheers mate, looks smart but im after a tablet i think that i can then down load sat nav onto as a app, but not sure what will fit lol

Thaats easier said than done esp when I'm looking at spending well over 100 pound on this so would like some thing that's tried and tested rather than it going wrong and losing money that I don't have to waste. But thanks for the help

pics of mine, still needs finishing round edges though .half way through trimming faceplate from original screen..The button on the lid is to switch sat nav on and off as doesnt with ignition.
