Could it be a resistance issue from the re wire wrong gauge cable maybe ?

Ooh one thing that might do it interference on the ecu lines I moved my aem fix to inside the car from the bay and the car worked fine but then stopped playing ball had to take it back out again and me it back to the engine bay that cured the problem

Just a thought

Mapping issue perhaps?

I had similar issues on my old standalone and tweaks to the map helped massively.

Hmm it's n idea, I did use most of the standard loom to avoid that. And the resistance from the injectors/igniters back to the ecu is less than 1ohm in each case.

Hmm maybe, annoyingly the loom is well tucked away but I'll have a look, it's a good idea.
