Well I took the car out again today with the mapper.

I'd fitted my new suspension on Thursday so the first job was back home to aid it up a it lol. I'd also fitted a new idle control valve so he set that up so I have a decent cold idle again.

Then off mapping, after a couple of niggles (FPR no rising, and loose mikalor clamps) we started giving it some beans.

Now mapped to 1.15 bar and **** it's fast! Full boost by 4k and pulls all the way to 7000rpm.

However then the crank sensor started playing up. So pulled the car over and once it had cooled a little it we fine. But that's the end of today's mapping till I can sort that.

Next stop is to replace the crank sensor this week, and reroute the wiring (its def a heat issue) so I can get to brands next weekend. Then when that's over take apart the FPR and repair that (needs new diaphragm), I then need to measure the cams so we can set them up. Then onto the rolling road with the mapper for some fine tuning and power figures. Whoop whoop.

Great news that she is running, I hope we all get to see her in the metal next week.

Well I changed the FPR and moved the cam sensor tonight because the new ones had arrived. So everything's rebuilt for the weekend.

However I may need wider wheels, I went for a quick drive and set of from some lights in the slightly damp conditions and accidentally lit up the back wheels oops. Lol

Just need to recheck the ride height. Confirm my fuel gauge setup and give her a clean before the weekend. Whoop!

Wider wheels your on 275's already mate lol how about just a different tyre something more sticky I used to have Yokohama parada spec 2's found them amazing grip wise but dont know if they do them that wide
I was told the widest tyre you can have on the jade's was a 285 so think that's your max n don't think the 10mm will make much difference

So your tuckin 15's, that's cute but come back to me when you get some proper size wheels
