The live coverage starts at 4pm I think, and my race is at 3pm. So I can only assume they are only showing the finals, so I'll need to be top 8 in the UK to make the final, currently I'm 16th...

Nerves got to me a bit and I twitched on the start which meant I was last out of the blocks.
Still managed to come 6th and run 21.59 which isn't too bad really considering I managed to end up in what was by far the fastest heat again! I was up against Marlon Devonish who you may have heard of, and also James Alaka (currently the fastest 200m runner in the UK)
Wasn't enough to get me into the final (or onto TV) but it was a good day out, and I watched Holly Bleasdale set a new UK Championship record in the pole vault!
