you can get a refurb kit from Lexus its not a hard job to do at all.

Hi mate,
the steering is very heavy especially during parking, like i am driving a truck. We changed the fluid and it work fine for one day and then it started doing the same again. in the winter there was a leakage from the pump and we got the repair kit and worked ok up to now!
