Anyone know of a splitter for the TTE front bumper?

I've got a TTE front bumper on my car and I want to fit a small horizontal splitter under it.
It seems that there are a few different designs of spoiler for the standard bumper but I can't find anything for the TTE front. All I want is a 1.5 to 2 inch splitter to attach to the bottom of my bumper that sticks out rather than down.
The main reason I want this is as a sort of sacrificial curb detector so that when my sister borrows my car she can scrape the hell out of that on high curbs rather than using the bottom corners of my bumper !!!
I've looked about but all I can find are universal splitters and as the TTE bumper has a slightly raised bit along the middle I'd rather follow that profile to make whatever I fit look a bit more like it's originally meant to be there.
I thought I might get a sheet of matt black 6mm ABS plastic and make one myself. I was intending to get the central "Hump" profile I wanted by using a heat gun on it where I wanted a bend and gently bending it over something of the right radius. I've done this with smaller plastic sheets in the past so it shouldn't be that hard to scale it up...... Then I saw how much a big enough sheet of ABS would cost me!!!!!
I also toyed with the idea of making an over sized profile mold and laminating up some Kevlar or fibreglass with a carbon fibre skin. From this I could cut out the lip dimensions I want. Trouble is, This takes it from the original "2 hour" project" idea and into major effort territory.
So, Does anyone know of a TTE specific off the shelf option here?
Any other suggestions also welcome (Except the obvious one of "Don't let your sister drive the car mate !!"

He has a splitter on his TTE bumper, made from a Seat Cupra splitter I think. Some adjustment required though...

DaveEdin Take a look at ormi's project thread "the car I said I would leave standard" (sorry can't link from my phone).
It took me over an hour of searching to find that thread (I couldn't even find his user name!!!). If anybodies interested, I eventually found it in "The other place"! :blink:
It looks good, But it's not really the look I'm after.
I saw a thread by someone (I think in the USA) that made a splitter for their S2000 out of plywood. After he made it he sanded it smooth and sprayed it black (It looked convincingly professional!!!) That's got me thinking. I've never tried steaming and reshaping plywood before, It might be worth a try just for the learning experience (Even if it does look pants I could still use it as a buck to make a mold and do one out of carbon/Kevlar/glass fibre).

Oh, OK. In that case I have to berate this sites search option. :tongue_smilie:
After about 10 minutes of prodding around various sections, I used it to search for "The car I said I would keep standard" (With and without quote marks) but it just kept giving me the same swamp of unrelated results. I then tried using subsets of the words from the title in case "DaveEdin" had the wording slightly wrong, No luck there either. I tried searching for "Ormi" under the "Posts by" bit, The response was that there was no user by that name. After a bit more randomly looking through lists of threads I just goggled it and the only result I found on the first page (Beside it's mention in this thread) was the one on the other site. I assumed that "DaveEdin" must have read it there.
Anyway.....

The reason I thought of those materials was because I've got a couple of square meters of plain weave Kevlar cloth and the equivalent of about 4 square meters of chopped glass mat off cuts kicking around here.
For the cost of a bit of 2x2 twill weave carbon fibre cloth for it's outer layer and some fresh resin I should be able to coble together something that looks better than my outlay would suggest.
Our experiences thought life dictate the solutions we see to problems. Because I've dabbled with glass fibre laminating in the past it would obviously be an idea that would spring to mind more readily than to most people. If on the other hand I'd done more sheet metal forming in my life I might have jumped at the idea of making one out of aluminium sheet.
If I had fresh resin and some carbon cloth here I might have just jumped in and had a go without mentioning it on here, But I thought I'd seek alternative ideas before ordering extra stuff and embarking on something, that I'd be the first to admit, would have the air of "Overkill" about it (And is way more work than just heating and bending a sheet of ABS plastic).

micromarc Search eBay for 'easy/eazi lip' might have to be the USA site. I ve thought about this aswell. It looks to be a rubber lip that you shape to the bumper stick with the supplied 3m tape and trim the edges. Quite cheap if I remember right
Thanks for the reply, But I've seen that stuff on a couple of cars before. I've always thought it looks like it would have been better used stuck along the bottom of an up and over garage door as a draft excluder.
As I said, What I'd really like would be to get a big enough sheet of 6mm black ABS plastic so I could just cut out the shape and re-profile it to follow the lower edge of the bumper, But for some reason that stuffs got ruddy expensive (Everywhere I've asked about it wants 80 or 100 notes for a usable sized sheet, AND they'd have to order it in !!!!).
