Not sure what you mean by in action as she is still in the garage waiting for an electrician to finally sort it out but I do have some pics of me stripping it down before I put it in the garage and one or two other videos

well the bonnet is just skinned... To be honest I am not the one doing it. I bought the material to do it which cost me £130 from http://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk/ and a friend of mine runs a body shop and was intrigued to try doing the skinning himself to see if it is a feesable thing for him to offer to others. So for this reason it only gets done when he has no work in so no more has been done to the bonnet since my last photos.

BUT if I am being perfectly honest. If you have the space and time it is simple enough to do yourself. Firstly rub down the paint on the bonnet, then apply a layer of epoxy to the bonnet, lay the carbon cloth over, apply another layer of epoxy over the top, leave to cure, apply about another 2-3 layers of epoxy on top. rub down with fine wet paper to a shine and you can either polish it or apply a layer of clear lacquer to give an even deeper shine.

well I found these on ebay and were for bidding so I contacted the seller and asked for a buy it now price. He told me a very reasonable price to which i asked if he had any more information about them such as company website of the manufacturer or what type of pads they use. The reply shocked me as apparently this guy is the owner of the brake manufacturer called carbon 12 and these are brand new ex display models of his old range hence the good price. Plus he is willing to make me the adapters needed to mount them as well as can organise the brake lines if it is different to that on the car already

this is the reply I got from the guy about pads

The pad code is CP3215D50, that's the international AP Racing code which all manufacturers of pads cross reference. I personally recommend Ferodo DS2500 for fast road or track day use, and DS3000 for full race use. The Ferodo code is FRP216H (for DS2500) FRP216R ( for DS3000)

personally I will be going with the DS2500 as the rally cars I used to service for used them and they were really good even when cold
