Right some of you may know I got some new wheels for my car and straight away the obvious was noticed the car needs to be lowered as I'm currently getting altitude sickness when driving haha, the wheels are 18x8.5 and 19x9.5 et35 and I currently have 225/40 and 255/35 tyres which I'm going to keep as I prefer a bit of meat when tyres are concerned, the arches are getting pulled and flared soon so they shouldn't be an issue too much
So basically has anybody got any ideas on how much to lower it I've heard of people with the same offsets lowering it 50mm with just a roll not knowing there tyre sizes but after seeing 30mm I now thinking maybe 40mm has anybody for any pics of there cars lowered on 18's like 30,35,40mm so I can see the arch gaps as I don't want too much of a gap as I still want the VIP look
Here's how it looks at the moment [Image: ubyra5ah.jpg][Image: 8ejutane.jpg][Image: yjuvynyb.jpg]

So your tuckin 15's, that's cute but come back to me when you get some proper size wheels

I'd say to go for 40mm at least. TBH though I think you should switch to coilovers straight away as that rear wheel/tyre combo is going to give you serious rub (possibly even with a roll & pull) if you can't control the damper settings.

I had 18x9.5 ET35's with 225 tyres stretched on the rear of my Lex and I still got rubbing with a roll, slight pull and super stiff coilies.

When you lower it you'll get plenty of natural camber and that should help with the rubbing.

MeisterR Europa will fit the IS300 also as far as I know.
And you will have control over the ride height so you can get the arch as close to the wheel as possible.
