Sparkystav Lol I took the dash out of mine today as well, a LOT of wiring to tidy up again
Horrible job innit. All I was trying to do was get access to the firewall behind the blower motor! Fortunately not so much wiring in the Datsun though. There was some weirdness behind there, the dash comes out in 2 parts and the loom is sandwiched between them, but clipped to the part you remove first (?!) so you have to unclip loads of stuff you can't see before it will come loose. There's loads of wiring behind there for aircon too which mine doesn't have. I ballsed up and forgot to reconnect the speedo cable too, so I've got no speedo at the moment, but I can fix that at lunchtime.

Just gotta look for some sideskirts
And ordered some plastidip paint to spray on my lips on the wheels to protect them from the grit over the winter although if its too bad ill just walk to work lol can't wait to get it all fitted =)
